- W1999739340 abstract "In this article, empowerment is assumed as a phenomenon strictly related to agency dynamics and to the reflective abilities of actors in a given organisational context, which allow their own personal and professional fulfilment. The article is the outcome of a reflective interview in which the authors involved themselves, at the end of a two‐year co‐operation for the development of the Leonardo da Vinci Reflect‐OR project. Five main processes of empowerment are taken into account related to the paths of professional identity construction, the opportunities for competence development, the functioning of the community of practice, the spaces for emotions and the opportunities for transformation.
