Jeweils einige Tage vor und/oder nach der Inokulation wurden die Parzellen mit dem Fungizid Tebuconazol (Folicur®) behandelt. Kontrollparzellen blieben unbehandelt und ohne Inokulation. Neben dem Ertrag wurden das Ausmas der Ahreninfektion, der Prozentsatz fusarium-inlizierter Korner und Ertragskomponenten bestimmt. Kunstliche Fusarium-Infektion senkte den Ertrag signifikant um 24.2bi 45.0%. Jede der Folicur-Behandlungen erbrachte eine beachtliehe Ertragssicherung. ferner eine Erhohung des TKG und der Kornzahl je Ahre. Vorinfektionelle Behandlung war einer nachinfektionellen Spritzung uberlegen. Nach Folicur-Einsatz. war der DON-Gehalt (Deoxynivalenol) der Korner im Vergleich zur Kontrolle erheblich niedriger. Daruber hinaus wurden eine beachtliche Bekampfung der Ahrenfusariose und der Spelzenbraune ebenso wie eine Verringerung des Prozentsatzes fusarium-inlizierter Korner erreicht. Das Ausmas der Fusarium-Infektion der Korner nach der Ernte war fur ihren DON-Gehalt bestimmend." @default.
