Le taux de la dose variait, pour une dose totale constante, d'un facteur 20 et les dommages produits furent examinés dans la région du pic d'endommagement et aux profondeurs plus faibles. Le domaine de températures de 450 à 700°C fut étudié. On a constaté que la variation du gonflement avec la température était fonction à la fois du taux de la dose et de la dose. Es werden die Ergebnisse einees Bestrahlungsexperiments mitgeteilt, das mit 46 MeV Ni6+-Ionen des Zyklotrons variabler Energie in Harwell durchgeführt worden war. Die Dosisrate wurde bei konstanter Gesamtdosis um den Faktor 20 variiert. Die Zwischen 450 und 700°C erzeugten Schäden wurden im Bereich maximaler Schädigung und in kleineren Tiefen untersucht. Auf grund der Ergebnisse ändert sich die Temperaturabhängigkeit des Schwellens mit der Dosis und der Dosisrate." @default.
