The values of 1/${T}_{1}$T from low temperature to high temperature were found to be well described by the self-consistent renormalization theory of spin fluctuations. From the analysis of 1/${T}_{1}$T the characteristic energy width of the dynamical spin-fluctuation spectrum is systematically estimated through this concentration range. It was found that these widths have quite different values on both sides of the critical concentration x=0.12, suggesting a discontinuous electronic-state change with the onset of weak itinerant ferromagnetism." @default.
