NH4PF6/CF3CO2H zu den stabilen Hydridometall-Komplexen [ArMH(PR3)2]PF6 (14 – 21) und [ArMH(PMe3)L]PF6 (22 – 25). Bei der Umsetzung von 2 – 13 mit CH3I und nachfolgendem Umfällen mit NH4PF6 werden die Verbindungen [ArMCH3(PR3)2]PF6 (27 – 34) [ArMCH3(PMe3)L]PF6 (35 – 38) gebildet. Die Metall-Basizität von ArM(PR3)2 nimmt allgemein von Ruthenium nach Osmium und für C6H6Ru(PR3)2 in der Reihe PPh3 < PMePh2 < PMe2Ph < PMe3 zu. — Durch oxidative Addition von C6H6Ru(PMe3)2 (2) mit C2H5I, Me3SnCl, Br2 und I2 sind die Komplexe 39 und 43 – 45 erhältlich. Die Reaktion von C6Me6Ru(PMe3)2 (7) mit Ethyliodid ergibt ein Gemisch von [C6Me6RuC2H5(PMe3)2] PF6 (40) und [C6Me6RuI(PMe3)2]PF6 (41), das nach Umsetzung von 40 mit [CPh3]PF6 zu [C6Me6Ru(C2H4)(PMe3)2] (42) getrennt werden kann. Arene(phosphane)metal Complexes, II. Synthesis and Reactivity of the Metal Bases ArM(PR3)2 and ArM(PMe3)L (M = Ru, Os) The ruthenium(0) and osmium(0) complexes ArM(PR3)2 (2–7, 11, 12) and ArM(PMe3)L (8–10, 13) are prepared by the reduction of [ArMX(PR3)2]PF6 and [ArMX(PMe3)L]PF6, resp., with NaC10H8 at − 78° in THF. The thermally labile and very air-sensitive compounds 2–13 react with NH4PF6 or NH4PF6/CF3CO2H to form the stable hydridometall complexes [ArMH(PR3)2] PF614–21 and [ArMH(PMe3)L]PF6 (22–25). On reaction of 2–13 with CH3I and subsequent addition of NH4PF6 the compounds [ArMCH3(PR3)2]PF6 (27–34) and [ArMCH3(PMe3)L]PF6 (35–38) are obtained. In general, the metal basicity of ArM(PR3)2 increases from ruthenium to osmium and for C6H6Ru(PR3)2 in the order PPh3 < PMePh2 < PMe2Ph < PMe3. – Oxidative addition of C2H5I, Me3SnCl, Br2, and I2 to C6H6Ru(PMe3)2 (2) yields the complexes 39 and 43–45. The reaction of C6Me6Ru(PMe3)2 (7) with ethyl iodide gives a mixture of two products, [C6Me6RuC2H5(PMe3)]PF6(40) and [C6Me6RuI(PMe3)2]PF6 (41), which can be separated by further reaction of 40 with [CPh3]PF6 to form [C6Me6Ru(C2H4)(PMe3)2](PF6)2 (42)." @default.
