Se proponen los dos cuestionarios elaborados que, utilizados en nuestros pacientes, informan de un buen nivel de satisfacción con respecto al conocimiento de su proceso de readaptación. La satisfacción del paciente se relaciona principalmente con las dimensiones que reflejan una alta calidad en la relación comunicativa médico-paciente; por ello resulta de gran interés entrenar a los profesionales en habilidades sociales y comunicativas para satisfacción de todos. Hay que perfilar cuestionarios para medir la satisfacción personal del paciente, cuidador/familiar y profesionales en los servicios de rehabilitación. Los cuestionarios presentados en este trabajo deben ser simplificados y estudiarse sus características métricas. Communication skills are essential in the management of incapacitated patients, for their satisfaction, that of their families and the professionals themselves. The information found in the Internet Medline, essentially focused on clinical trials and classic texts, is managed. Two satisfaction questionnaires are elaborated in patients and caretakers based on those found in the literature. With them, communication is indirectly measured, and are used for an analysis of the situation in our service, on a sample of 102 users. The two questionnaires elaborated are proposed. Used in our patients, they inform us on the good level of satisfaction in regards to the knowledge of their readaptation process. The satisfaction of the patient is mainly related with the dimensions that reflect a high quality in the physician/patient communication relationship. Thus, it of great interest to train the professionals in social and communication skills for every ones satisfaction. Questionnaires must be shaped to measure the personal satisfaction of the patient, caretaker/family and professionals in the rehabilitation services.
