The band parameters are estimated for each composition by fitting the transition energies. First observations are reported of polaron effects inducing interband magnetooptical anomalies. By extending the magnetoabsorption measurements to alloys of very small interaction gaps, the evolution of Γ8, Γ6 levels in the region of the semimetal → semiconductor transition is described. Des expériences de magnétoabsorption interbande ont été effectuées, dans la région spectrale 120 à 370 meV, sur des alliages semiconducteurs Hg1- xCdxTe (.x ≦ 0,3). Les spectres magnétooptiques obtenus dans les configurations de Voigt (pour ε ‖ H) et Faraday (pour σ+, σ-) ont été interprétés par le modéle do Pidgeon et Brown. Les paramétres des bandes sont estimés, pour chaque composition, en ajustant les énergies des transitions calculées et expérimentales. L'extension de ľétude de la magnétoabsorption aux alliages de très faible gap ď interaction permet décrire ľévolution des niveaux Γ8, Γ6 dans la région de la transition semimétal → semiconducteur. Nous observons pour la premiére fois les anomalies magnétooptiques dans les transitions interbandes caractérisant les effets polarons." @default.
