The resulting values of ${m}_{4}^{*}$ and ${v}_{4}^{*}$, the effective mass and partial volume, are used to predict the diffusion coefficient $D$ from Fermi liquid theory. Measurements of $D$ at 50 to 100 mK agree well with the theory. At 24 atm, a prewetting transition is observed in the ${}^{4}mathrm{He}$ film in contact with the ${}^{3}mathrm{He}$." @default.
