- W2002669110 abstract "〔目的〕筋音計（MMG）を用いた筋活動評価の有用性を検証するための予備的研究として，三角筋の随意収縮力と筋活動量との関係を，筋電図（EMG）とMMGにて比較検討する。〔対象〕 健常成人男性8名8肩（平均年齢21.4±0.5歳）。〔方法〕肩関節90°外転位における最大等尺性随意収縮（MVC）を算出し，10％MVCを基準に20％，30％MVC時の積分筋電（IEMG）および積分筋音（IMMG）を求め，これらを各％MVC間にて比較した。〔結果〕IEMGおよびIMMGともに，各負荷量間にて有意な積分値の増加が認められた。また，IMMGでは各負荷量に対して概ね等倍の増加を示したが，IEMGでは負荷量に対して等倍の増加は見られなかった。〔結語〕MMGはEMGよりも発揮筋力の増大の程度を反映し，筋活動量のパラメーターとして有用である可能性が示された。" @default.
