The conjugates in these fractions had the mobility of steroid mono-and disulfates, respectively, in liquid — liquid partition chromatography on Celite, thin-layer chromatography and high-voltage paper electrophoresis. After solvolysis, the steroids were fractionated on silicic acid and analyzed by gas-liquid chromatography and gas chromatography — mass spectrometry. Androsterone, dehydroepiandrosterone, pregnenolone, 5α-pregnane-3α, 20α-diol and 5β-pregnane-3α, 20α-diol were found in the monosulfate fraction and 5a-androstane-3a, 17a-diol, 5α-androstane-3α, 17β-diol, androst-5-ene-3β, 17α-diol, androst-5-ene-3β, 17(3-diol, 5α-pregnane-3α, 20α-diol, and pregnane-3α, 20α-diol and pregn-5-ene-3(3,20a-diol in the disulfate fraction of bile steroids." @default.
