It is shown explicitly that the one-pion PV exchange force is due to the charge-exchange effect and is quite suppressed compared to that due to one-$ensuremath{rho}$-meson exchange, consistent with the recent experiment. Our result contradicts the claim of Gari and Reid, whose current-algebra calculation appears to be wrong. The additional exchange effect of the contribution of the weak electromagnetic transition ${ensuremath{rho}}^{ifmmodepmelsetextpmfi{}}ensuremath{rightarrow}{ensuremath{pi}}^{ifmmodepmelsetextpmfi{}}ensuremath{gamma}$ to the circular polarization in the reaction $n+pensuremath{rightarrow}d+ensuremath{gamma}$ is also discussed." @default.
