- W2004755235 abstract "筆者らはこれまで，ポリマー鎖に BZ 反応触媒であるルテニウム錯体(Ru(bpy)3)を導入することによって，心臓の拍動のようにポリマー鎖の自励的かつ周期的な構造変換を可能にしてきた．これらの機能は，Ru(bpy)3 を感熱応答性のポリ-N-イソプロピルアクリルアミド(PNIPAAm)に共重合させることで実現している．ポリマー鎖内に導入された Ru(bpy)3 は，酸化状態(Ru(III))では親水的に，また還元状態(Ru(II))では疎水的な部位として働く．そのため，ゲルでは膨潤収縮挙動を，リニアポリマーで凝集と解離の周期的変化を透過率振動として観測することができる．しかしながら，これまでの自励振動型高分子 poly(NIPAAm-co-Ru(bpy)3)の分子デザインでは，その駆動環境が BZ 反応場(強酸条件下)に固定されており，機能性ソフトマテリアルとしての適用範囲がかなり限られたものとなっていた．このような致命的な欠点を解消するため，本研究では駆動環境を生体環境場のような非常にマイルドな環境まで拡張させるための分子設計を明らかとした．また外部環境の変化によってもその自励振動挙動を自在に on-off スイッチングさせることを可能にすることで，より生命体に近い分子システムに進化させた．さらに高濃度の高分子溶液において，粘度の自励的振動現象を捉えることに成功した．" @default.
