- W2004809135 abstract "본 연구는 새로운 기능성 소재를 탐색하기 위하여 튤립나무 가지의 메탄올 추출물을 조제하여 생리활성 물질 함량, DPPH, 환원능력, <TEX>$Fe^{2+}$</TEX> chelating효과와 지질과산화 억제 활성 그리고 세포독성을 측정하였다. 총 페놀성 화합물과 플라보노이드 함량은 75.34 mg gallic acid/g과 20.15 mg quercetin/g이고; DPPH 라디칼 소거 활성에서 <TEX>$EC_{50}$</TEX>은 <TEX>$289.68{pm}2.04 ;{mu}g$</TEX>/mL; 환원력 측정에서 <TEX>$100;{mu}g$</TEX>/mL 농도에서 흡광도는 0.388이었으며, <TEX>$Fe^{2+}$</TEX> chelating 효과에서는 <TEX>$200;{mu}g$</TEX>/mL 농도에서 36.33%로 나타내었고, 지질과산화 억제 효능에서는 <TEX>$200;{mu}g$</TEX>/mL의 농도에서 비교적 높은 38.56%의 억제율을 나타내었으며, 암세포 증식 억제 효과에서는 HT-29와 Hela cell line에서 튤립나무가지 메탄올 추출물이 <TEX>$200;{mu}g$</TEX>/mL의 농도에서 56.94%와 35.73%의 세포생장 억제율을 나타내었다. 따라서 본 연구 결과들을 종합해 볼 때 항산화능력은 총 페놀성분과 밀접한 관계가 있는 것으로 사료되며, 튤립나무 가지에 대한 기타 생리활성 연구가 더 필요할 것으로 사료된다. In order to screen the functional constituents from nature resource, we studied the bioactivities of methanol extract of the Liriodendron tulipifera branch(MLT). The total phenolic and flavonoid contents, DPPH radical scavenging capacity, reducing power, <TEX>$Fe^{2+}$</TEX> chelating ability, inhibition of lipid peroxidation and cell toxicity of MLT were investigated in this study. We found that the total phenolic and flavonoid content of MLT is 75.34 mg gallic acid/g and 20.15 mg quercetin/g respectively. MLT exhibited the antioxidant activity on DPPH radical with a <TEX>$EC_{50}$</TEX> value of <TEX>$289.68;{mu}g$</TEX>/mL, the absorbance is 0.388 at <TEX>$100;{mu}g$</TEX>/mL in reducing power assay, MLT prevented 38.56% lipid peroxidation at <TEX>$200;{mu}g$</TEX>/mL. Furthermore, MLT exhibits the potent anti-proliferative activity which inhibited 56.94%, 35.73% growth of HT-29 and Hela cell at <TEX>$200;{mu}g$</TEX>/mL respectively. It showed that the antioxidant activities of MLT were correlated with its total phenolic and flavonoid contents. However further study need to be exploring in the future." @default.
