- W2004920761 abstract "外傷性腹壁ヘルニアは，外力により皮膚の連続性を保ったまま腹壁の筋および筋膜に断裂が起きるために生じる稀な疾患である．本症の1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．症例は61歳，男性．作業中に転落し，3m下に置いてあった自転車のハンドルで上腹部を打撲した．他医にて両側橈骨々折と診断されたが，2～3日後から腹部に膨隆を自覚し外科を受診．触診にて右腹直筋々腹に約4cm径のヘルニア門を触知し，CTにて同筋の断裂と大網および腸管の皮下への脱出を認め，本症と診断し手術を行った．ヘルニア嚢の形成はなく，筋腹中央に断裂を認め，筋膜前鞘は縦に，後鞘と腹膜は横に裂けていた．他の臓器損傷はなく，腹腔側から後鞘へコンポジットメッシュを縫着し，前後鞘をそれぞれ縫合し閉腹した．術後経過は良好で引き続き整形外科で加療となった．本症の本邦報告は自験例が24例目であった．" @default.
