• W2005056927 abstract "Es wurden 215 Sterne des Spektraltyps Ao … F5, darunter 65 Mitglieder der offenen Haufen NGC 2548, Praesepe und Coma, wiederholt lichtelektrisch gemessen, um den Anteil von Objekten mit Lichtwechsel geringer Amplitude festzustellen. Mesmethode und Auswertung der Beobachtungen mittels der F-Verteilung werden erlautert.Die Ergebnisse sind: 1. Unter A-Sternen befinden sich knapp 10% Veranderliche, dagegen sind F-Sterne dreimal so haufig variabel. 2. Etwa 1/3 der Ap- und auch einige Am-Sterne sind variabel. 3. Die Mitglieder der Sternhaufen sind etwa doppelt so haufig variabel wie die Feldsterne. 4. Die Mehrzahl der Amplituden liegt zwischen 0.02 bis 0.05 mag. Die Zeitskalen des Lichtwechsels betragen wenige Stunden bis zu zwei Monaten. 5. Von Ap-Sternen und einigen besonderen Sternen abgesehen, konnte die Mehrzahl der Veranderlichen moglicherweise zu den δ-Scuti-Sternen gehoren. Durch die Zugehorigkeit von 5 Veranderlichen zu den Hauptreihen offener Haufen lassen sich Alter und Massen abschatzen.215 stars with spectral types Ao to F5, among them 65 members of the open star clusters NGC 2548, Praesepe and Coma, were repeatedly measured photoelectrically, in order to determine the amount of objects with light variations of small amplitude. The method of measuring and the analysis of the observations by means of the F-distribution are explained.The results are as follows: 1. Among A stars there are roughly 10% variables whereas F stars appear three times as often to be variable. 2. About 1/3 of the Ap as well as some of the Am stars are variable. 3. The members of the star clusters are about twice as often variable as the field stars. 4. Most of the amplitudes are between 0.02 to 0.05 mag. The time scales of the light variation range from a few hours up to two months. 5. Apart from Ap stars and some special stars the majority of the variables might be members of the δ Scuti group. As 5 variables belong to the main sequence of open clusters, age and mass can be estimated." @default.
