Es wird konzeptuell begründet, dass die Bewältigung “Innerer Kapitulation” von der Widerstandsfähigkeit des Selbstschutzsystems abhängt: Das Verhältnis zwischen Komponenten des Selbstschutzsystems - “Innerer Sicherheit” und “Handlungsfähigkeit” - ist dabei sehr wichtig. Mit Hilfe der konfirmatorischen Faktorenanalyse wurden Messmodelle für die Konstrukte “Innere Sicherheit” und “Handlungsfähigkeit” überprüft. Mittels der Erstellung von Strukturgleichungsmodellen (SEM) auf der Basis des Programms LISREL 8 wurde das Verhältnis zwischen den beiden theoretischen Konstrukten untersucht: Es wurde ein signifikanter Einfluss der “Inneren Sicherheit” auf die “Handlungsfähigkeit” festgestellt, der unter bestimmten Umständen verschwinden kann. Verschiedene Persönlichkeitsmerkmale werden als Prädiktoren für “Innere Sicherheit” und “Handlungsfähigkeit” mittels der SEM-Methode überprüft und in Bezug auf das Problem individueller Unterschiede bei der Bewältigung “Innerer Kapitulation” diskutiert." @default.
