- W2005963742 abstract "By means of EPR spectroscopy lattice defects have been investigated, which had been produced in OH− containing LiF by mechanical activation and subsequent irradiation (mainly γ-irradiation). The structure of irradiation-induced hydrogen centers shows characteristic differences dependent on the kind of LiF: Hs0 (hydrogen atoms in anion vacancies) are created in mechanically activated LiF powders, whereas Hi0 (hydrogen atoms in interstitial positions) in LiF single crystals. In both the cases also F centers are produced besides other paramagnetic defects. The observed defects can be used for an estimation of the degree of distortion in mechanically activated LiF.Mit Hilfe der EPR-Spektroskopie werden in OH−-enthaltendem LiF durch mechanische Aktivierung und anschliesende Bestrahlung (hauptsachlich γ-Bestrahlung) erzeugte Gitterdefekte untersucht. Bezuglich der Struktur der erzeugten Wasserstoffzentren ergeben sich charakteristische Unterschiede zwischen den mechanisch aktivierten LiF-Pulvern (Hs0—H-Atome auf Anionengitterplatz) und zum Vergleich untersuchten LiF-Einkristallen (Hi0—H-Atome auf Zwischengitterplatz). In beiden Fallen werden auch F-Zentren neben anderen paramagnetischen Storstellen erzeugt. Die untersuchten Zentren lassen sich zu Aussagen uber den Storgrad von mechanisch aktiviertem LiF heranziehen." @default.
