- W2006202044 abstract "Soil moisture has a direct impact on the growth of crops, agricultural micro-climate, as well as the mechanical properties of the soil. The fusion Technology of machine vision and near-infrared spectroscopy method was first introduced to analyze the soil water content. Three kinds of soils mainly paddy soil ,yellow brown soil and tidal soil were collected from Hubei province to construct the soil moisture analysis model based on near-infrared spectroscopy; Using these three kinds of soils beside loess soil, the soil surface image characteristics technique was used to construct soil moisture analysis model; the near-infrared spectroscopy was found to be influenced by the state of the sample, so the method of fusion technology of machine vision and near-infrared spectroscopy was used. The results showed that for the near-infrared spectroscopy soil moisture analysis model the decision coefficient r2 of the forecast and measured value was found to be 0.9946, the root of cross-validation mean square error (RMSECV) was 0.00801kgkg-1, the forecast decision coefficient r2 was 0.9919 and the root of prediction mean square error of (RMSEP) was 0.00912 kgkg-1. Image parameters H, S and V was taken as input for the home network optimal prediction model, the decision coefficient r2 of the forecast and measured value was found to be 0.9849; To resolve the water-saturated soil ,which caused error to the image characteristic parameter the experiment used the feature of near-infrared spectral water absorbing and image parameters HSV to build BP fusion neural network model, the models r2 could reach up to 0.9961, and the validation analysis error of water samples was less than the method of both near-infrared spectroscopy and machine vision." @default.
