- W2006385880 abstract "外科的気管切開術は，気管と皮膚との縫合を何如にするかで次のように分類される。気管と皮膚とを縫合せず，もしくは気管弁の一部を皮膚と縫合するのみにとどまる，いわゆる気管切開術と，気管孔周囲と皮膚とを縫合する気管切開術，いわゆる気管開窓術である。前者は，比較的短期間の気管孔管理を要する際に，後者は，長期気管孔管理を要したり，カニューレ自己抜管の危険がある場合などに行われる。当科において2002年2月から2007年8月までに行われた気管切開術24例，気管開窓術55例，計79症例の検討を行った。性別は男性52名，女性27名，平均年齢は57歳であった (1歳から89歳) 。手術に至った病態は，気管切開術群では両側反回神経麻痺，気管開窓術群では長期挿管が最も多かった。平均手術時間は気管切開術群が35分，気管開窓術群は42分であった。1カ月以上，気管孔による気道管理を要した割合は気管切開術群では72.2％，気管開窓術群では100％であった。気管切開術群に比べて気管開窓術群の方が早期・後期ともに合併症の発症率は少なかった。気管孔による長期気道管理が必要な場合には，気管開窓術を選択していくべきである。" @default.
