Tetracycline, minocycline, sulfapyridine, dapsone, and intra-lesionally administered corticosteroids have been effective anti-inflammatory agents, producing healing and allowing avoidance of the use of systemic corticosteroids in the management of most patients with superficial granulomatous pyoderma.
