- W2007481512 abstract "Abstract Excited state dynamics of oxalylfluoride was studied. External electric field influence on the state dynamics of electronically excited (COF)2 was analyzed. External electric field was shown to affect the internal conversion transitions. A previously developed theory was applied to (COF)2 excited into single rotational (00,431) and (5171,413) levels of the A ∼ 1 A u state. Strong electric field effect on the IR emission from the ground-state vibrational transitions was detected and interpreted for the (00,431) level. The electric field effect was also observed for the (5171,413) level, accompanied by the COF radical formation instead of the IR emission." @default.
