The average diameter decreases and the number density increases to 4.8 nm and 4.0 × 10 22 /m 3 , respectively, when the carbon content increases to 0.15 wt%. In the steel containing 0.06 wt% carbon, the precipitation of fine TiC along the dislocations after annealing at 1023 K is retarded by helium injection at that temperature, and dislocation loops decorated with fine helium bubbles remain after annealing for 1 h at 1023 K following irradiation at 350 K." @default.
