- W2009107172 abstract "ラットにmethamphetamine(MAP)を隔日漸増投与(MAP群としてMAP2.5，5，7.5mg/kg×3，10mg/kg×2隔日投与，1回量順次増量，対照群として同様の方法で生食投与)後，2日目，4週間目のMAP再投与時にみられる逆耐性現象を確認し，その休薬期における音刺激に関連した行動上の特性と，脳内アミン濃度の変動について検討した．最終投与後2日目，1週間目，2週間目，4週間目において，MAP群では，対照群でみられた音刺激時の運動量の増加や音刺激後の運動量の減少がほとんどみられず，音刺激に対する低反応性を示した．また脳内では，最終投与後2日目に今回測定した4部位(大脳皮質，中脳+視床，視床下部，線条体)すぺてにおいて5-HT系の総合成量の低下がみられ，最終投与後4週間目にも大脳皮質，中脳+視床ではその変化が持続していた．dopamine，norepinephrine系では著明な変化はみられなかった．大脳皮質，中脳+視床でみられたserotonin系に選択的な総合成量の持続的低下と行動上みられた音刺激に対する低反応性の持続は，何らかの関連性があると考えられた．" @default.
