The radiative width of the 2 + state and the monopole matrix element of the 0 + state for ground state transitions have been determined as 0.61 ± 0.02 eV and 4.03 ± 0.09 fm 2 , respectively. The 0 + levels at 6.05, 12.05 and 14.00 MeV are found to saturate about 19 % of an isoscalar monopole sum rule. The form factor of the 0 + (12.05 MeV) level is compared with the doorway dominance scheme of Fallieros et al. Comparison of the form factors is made with the predictions based on the three-component Brown-Green model." @default.
