We discuss orbiting resonance on reactive scattering involving proton (charge) transfer. Resonance structure is predicted to exist at forward-scattering angles in both the state-to-state angular distribution and the Argand diagram for the proton-transfer collision system of He+${mathrm{H}}_{2}^{+}$ensuremath{rightarrow}${mathrm{HeH}}^{+}$+H.
