- W2012065923 abstract "Abstract 1. 1. The paper describes the determination of the molar concentration of the active sites of acetylcholinesterase (acetylcholine hydrolase, EC 3.1.1.7). The kinetic measurement used phosphorylation by paraoxon or soman. The graphic evaluation is based on the kinetic equations for second-order reactions with equimolar concentration of reactants. 2. 2. The determination can be done easily and quickly. During phosphorylation only measurement of diminishing acetylcholinesterase activity is necessary. Radioactive labeling and dialysis are not needed. 3. 3. The method is suitable for the determination of very low acetylcholinesterase concentrations. Using paraoxon enzyme, concentrations to about 1·10 −8 M and using soman enzyme concentrations to about 2·10 −10 M can be determined." @default.
