Fission track ages were measured on seven apatites and two sphenes from various igneous rocks. These are compared with other radiometric dates measured on these rocks, or with the expected geological age. In all but one case the fission track age with its expected error agrees with the other ages. The one sample not in agreement shows evidence of hydrothermal alteration." @default.
