- W2012862924 abstract "Unit-cell dimensions of U-C-N alloys were measured at temperatures of 760 to 2250 °C with an X-ray diffractometer. Lattice dimensions of the face-centered cubic phase in both the UC-UC2 and UC-UN solutions are found to be linear functions of the UC mole fraction. In carbon saturated body-centered tetragonal α-UC2 between 1000 and 1400 °C, a small but distinct decrease in rate of volume change (slope) occurs with increasing temperature. The data suggest that the C/U ratio in α-UC2 at 1000 °C and below is 1.97± 0.03, a value in excess of that prevailing in carbon-saturated α-UC2 at higher temperatures. Les dimensions de la maille élémentaire des alliages U-C-N ont été mesurées aux températures de 760 à 2250 °C avec un diffractomètre de rayons X. Les dimensions réticulaires de la phase cubique à faces centrées dans les 2 solutions solides UC-UC2 et U-C-N sont des fonctions linéaires de la fraction molaire de UC. Dans le carbure α-UC2 quadratique centré saturé en carbone entre 1000 et 1400 °C, on observe une petite diminution, mais certaine, dans la variation du changement de volume (pente) avec la température croissante. Les données suggèrent que le rapport C/U dans α-UC2 à 1000 °C et en-dessous est égal à1,97 ± 0,03, valeur en excès de celle admise pour le carbure α-UC2 saturé en carbone aux températures plus élevées. Phase beider festen Lösungen UC-UC2 und UC-UN sind linear vom Molenbruch des UC abhängig. Im kohlenstoffgesättigten, tetragonal raumzentrierten α-UC2 tritt zwischen 1000 und 1400 °C eine kleine, aber deutliche Abnahme der Volumenänderung mit steigender Temperatur auf Krümmung der Kurve. Den Ergebnissen kann man entnehmen, dass das C/U-Verhältnis in α-UC2 bei und unterhalb 1000 °C den Wert 1,97 ± 0,03 hat. Dieser Wert ist grosser als der, der in kohlenstoffgesättigtem α-UC2 bei höheren Temperaturen vorliegt." @default.
