- W2014107315 abstract "単語レベルで逐字読みではなく単語を全体として読むことを促すことを目ざした訓練としてフラッシュカード法に改良を加え，軽症の純粋失読症例に適用して読みの回復過程を検討した。症例は 28歳右利き男性で，左後頭葉AVM 摘出術後 2ヵ月～1年7ヵ月。MRI にて左後頭葉切除および左脳梁膨大・頭頂葉後部・側頭葉内側面の梗塞巣を認めた。神経学的には右同名性半盲，神経心理学的には，軽度の失読 (純粋失読)，ごく軽度の漢字の失書，失算，言語性短期記憶障害が認められた。この訓練の結果，単語の音読時間は仮名 2～3文字語では改善を示し音読時間の短縮が非訓練語へも般化したが，4～5文字語では訓練語は改善したものの非訓練語への般化が乏しかった。一方，MOR法導入後，文章レベルの音読・読解能力の改善がなお続いた。この結果をふまえ，訓練の意義と純粋失読の回復機序について考察した。" @default.
