- W2014156783 abstract "The first ODMR experiments on excitons bound at isoelectronic traps in a II-VI semiconductor are reported. In CdS1−xTex with x ≈ 0.02, recombination emission is obtained at 700 nm from excitons bound at Te2 pairs. The ODMR spectra obtained by monitoring polarization changes in this emission shows that the recombination occurs from a triplet state, thus confirming that the number of bound particles in the exciton is two. The symmetry of the ODMR spectra is related to the Te2 pair orientation and this, together with the spin-Hamiltonian parameters, is consistent with the strong binding postulated for the hole in such an exciton. The additional observation of ODMR signals from shallow neutral donors is taken as evidence for efficient energy transfer between donor-acceptor pairs and the excitons bound at the Te2 centres. Es wird über die ersten ODMR-Messungen an Exzitonen, die an isoelektronische Traps in II-VI-Halbleitern gebunden sind, berichtet. In CdS1−xTex mit x = 0,02 wird eine Emissionsbande bei 700 nm untersucht, die von Exzitonen herrührt, die an Te2-Paare gebunden sind. Die durch Messung der Polarisationsänderungen bei dieser Emission erhaltenen ODMR-Spektren zeigen, daß die strahlende Rekombination aus einem Triplett-Zustand erfolgt und bestätigen damit, daß im untersuchten Exzitonenzustand zwei gebundene Teilchen vorliegen. Die Symmetrie der ODMR-Spektren steht in Beziehung zur Te2-Paar-Orientierung, was zusammen mit den Parametern des Spin-Hamiltonians mit der postulierten starken Bindung des Loches in einem derartigen Exziton konsistent ist. Die zusätzliche Beobachtung eines flachen, neutralen Donatoren zuzuordnenden ODMR-Signals wird als Beweis für einen effizienten Energietransfer zwischen Donator-Akzeptor-Paaren und den an Te2-Zentren gebundenen Exzitonen angesehen." @default.
