- W2014163904 abstract "Capillary electrophoresis (CE) is a suitable separation technique for the analysis of ionic compounds. Environmental ultra-trace analysis can be performed successfully provided that a suitable system is used for enhancing the sensitivity. This article presents the most common methods used for trace enrichment in CE. Improvements in sensitivity, in and outside CE, have been achieved for the determination of low levels (μg/l) of phenols, haloacetic acids, herbicides, inorganic cations and anions, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons – as model compounds – in a variety of aqueous samples." @default.
