- W2014228958 abstract "本研究は，地域の女性高齢者を対象に5ヶ月間太極拳運動を実施し，太極拳運動による身体機能の改善及び転倒予防の可能性を検討することである。対象は，太極拳群30名（平均年齢72.2±3.5歳），対照群30名（平均年齢71.6±4.5歳）であった。両群に対して，研究実施前後の身体機能測定，転倒の有無に関する質問，及び太極拳群のみへの自主練習実施状況，太極拳運動への感想，今後の継続意志について質問法での調査を実施した。その結果，太極拳群の片足立ち時間，握力，Functional Reach (FR)，歩行速度，立位体前屈，片足立ち振りの全ての項目の測定値において有意に向上したが，対照群では全ての項目の測定値において有意な変化は見られなかった。また，太極拳群では，研究実施前の一年間で転倒を経験した人数に比べ，5ヶ月間の研究期間と研究終了後の半年間で転倒を経験した人数に有意な減少を示した。" @default.
