Structure of the grown NKBT single crystals was confirmed by powder X-ray diffraction analysis. The grown crystal belongs to tetragonal system at room temperature. The lattice strain was calculated from Williamson–Hall relation. The temperature dependence of dielectric constant and loss measurement confirmed that the crystal exhibited relaxor-like behavior which is in consistence with the recent observation by Otanicar et al. [J. Appl. Phys. 113 (2013) 024106]. Polarization-electric field hysteresis loops revealed that the remnant polarization is 12.56 μC/cm 2 and coercive electric field is 29.1 kV/cm." @default.
