- W2014568585 abstract "当工場では，昨年数件の環境事故が連続して発生し，地域住民を初め多くの方々の信頼を傷つける結果となった。関係機関の指導の下，再発防止対策として環境管理体制が見直しされ，環境管理レベルの向上につながった。しかし，今後の環境事故が発生する可能性（環境リスク）を考えたとき，その管理については管理方法が確立していない状態であった。従来からも，公害防止は当社の基本方針として取り組まれていたが，ややもすれば，各部門の責任者まかせとなり，部分最適を集積させる手法になりがちであった。工場全体の環境リスクを俯瞰することが難しく，対策の優先順位を誤る可能性も少なからずあった。全工場規模で，環境リスクを洗い出し，工場全体で優先順位の高いものから対策をとっていくシステムを構築する必要を感じ，昨年来，環境ハザードマップ作成，環境改善計画の策定に取り組んだ。その経過と今後の取り組みについて報告する。" @default.
