- W2014737052 abstract "An Al-46 at.% Cu-2.20 at.% Zn crystal was quenched and aged at 353 K for 24 h. Anomalous dispersion was used to separate the effects of Cu and Zn in the diffuse scattering by measuring the diffuse scattering in absolute units at two different energies for each respective absorption edge. The scattering contrast between these two conditions near each edge was analyzed to get the short range order parameters for AlCu and AlZn pairs. Via computer simulation with these parameters the Cu was found to lie in small {100} plates and the Zn in short 〈110〉 strings that probably lie on planes adjacent to the Cu plates. Un monocristal Al-1,46 at.% Cu-2,20 at.% Zn est trempé et vieilli à 353 K pendant 24 h. On utilise la dispersion anomale pour séparer les effets du Cu et du Zn sur la diffusion diffuse en mesurant celle-ci en unités absolues à deux énergies différentes pour chaque limite d'absorption. La différence de diffusion pour ces deux conditions près de chaque limite d'absorption est analysée pour avoir les paramètres d'ordre à courte distance des paires AlCu et AlZn. Par simulation à l'ordinateur en utilisant ces paramètres on trouve que le cuivre se trouve en petites plaquettes {110} et le zinc en courts chapelets 〈110〉 qui sont probablement situés sur les plans adjacents aux plaquettes de cuivre. Ein Einkristall Al-1,46 At.% Cu-2,20 At.% Zn wird abgeschreckt und bei 353 K für 24 Stunden ausgelagert. Mit Hilfe der anomalen Dispersion werden die Einflüsse von Cu und Zn in der diffusen Streuung getrennt; hierzu wird die diffuse Streuung in absoluten Einheiten bei zwei verschiedenen Energien bei jeder Absorptionskante gemessen. Der Streukontrast zwischen den beiden Bedingungen nahe einer jeden Kante wird analysiert und ergibt die Nahordnungsparameter für AlCu- und AlZn-Paare. Nach einer Computersimulation mit diesen Parametern liegt Cu in kleinen {100}-Platten, Zn in kurzen 〈110〉-Ketten, wahschreinlich auf zu den Cu-Platten benachbarten Ebenen, vor." @default.
