- W2016069111 abstract "右被殻出血後に発話の反復現象と，助詞，文末，語尾の省略を呈した50 歳代，右利き女性を報告した。本症例は，語の反復と音節の反復が同程度に認められたため，同語反復症と症候性吃音の両者を合併していると考えた。モーラ指折り法を用いた発話訓練を行ったところ，同語反復症および省略現象は軽減したが，症候性吃音は一時的な軽減にとどまった。 本症例の発話の反復現象は，前頭葉を含む右半球の広範な血流低下により，発話運動の抑制機能不全が生じたことや，左右半球間の発話運動に関する協調が崩れたことに起因する可能性が考えられる。また，本症例の示した省略現象には，注意やpacing の著明な障害が関与している可能性が推察された。さらに，発話障害に関する無関心さが，本症例における発話の反復現象や省略現象を助長させている可能性が示唆された。" @default.
