- W2016090593 abstract "著者が経験した大脳半球神経膠腔および髄膜腫107例のうち剔出手術を行った97例について術前，術後の神経心理学的症状の消長について検討した。神経心理学的評価の結果は 1) 左前頭葉腫瘍では術後周囲の浮腫が消退した事により失語症状などが改善した例が多くみられた。しかし半数例は不変であった。これらは腫瘍が直接言語野に及んでいたものが多かった。 2) 左側頭葉腫瘍では，術後悪化した例が多く，特に書字障害をのこした例が注目された。 3) 一方右半球腫瘍では術前に症状のみられなかった例が多いが，特に側頭葉例では悪化した例が注目された。 4) 両側前頭葉，特に脳梁に及ぶ腫瘍では手術も不充分に終っており，術後改善した例はなかった。 5) 以上のことなどから腫瘍剔出に際しては，特に言語野に及んでいるもの，側頭葉腫瘍に対しては手術の適応や剔出の範囲に関して慎重な考慮が必要であると思われた。" @default.
