The morphology and crystallization of the products as-synthesized was studied by a series of characterization techniques. The conductivity and photoresponse of rGQDs, Se NWs and rGQDs/SeNWs composite were determined respectively. Benefiting from the synergistic action of electron-deficient rGQDs and electron-rich Se NWs, significantly, the rGQDs/SeNWs composite showed excellent photoelectric conversion." @default.
