- W2016259167 abstract "Die optisch reinen Verbindungen (−)365-C5H5Fe(CO)(PPh2R*)J ((−)-1 und (−)365-C5H5Fe-(CO)PPh2R*)CH3 ((−)-2) mit PPh2R* = (S)-(+)H5)2PN(CH3)CH(CH3(C6H5) wurden mit Cl2, Br2, J2 bzw. LiCH3 umgesetzt (Reaktionen a–f, Schema 1). Ordnung. Optically Active Transition metal Complexes, XXXII: Retention of Configuration in Reactions at the FeI and FeCH3 Bond of Optically Active Complexes The optically pure compounds (−)365-C5H5Fe(CO)(PPh2R*)I ((−)-1 und (−)365-C5H5Fe(CO)PPh2R*)CH3 ((−)-2) with PPh2R* = (S)-(+)365-(C6H5)2PN(CH3)CH(CH3(C6H5) were reacted with Cl2, Br2, I2 and. LiCH3, respectively (reactions a-f, scheme 1,) The reactions occur with predominant retention of configuration at the iron atom. The varying degree of epimerization of the unreacted starting materials and of the isolated reaction products are explained by the pseudorotation of an intermediate with 5 substituents at the iron atom. — The optically active complexes (−)365-C5H5Fe(CO)(PPh2R*)Br ((−)-3) und (−)365-C5H5Fe(CO)(PPh2R*)Cl ((−)-4) epimerize in solution according to a 1st order rate law." @default.
