- W2016425244 abstract "The co-precipitation method has been applied for preparing doped zirconia powders. Differential thermal analysis/ thermogravimetry and powder X-ray diffraction were used to characterize the thermal behaviour and to determine the crystal phase of samples produced. In this study, a phase of (Zr, M)(SO4)2-x·4H2O (M = Mg, Ca or Y) has been produced. Experimental results show that the kind of the doping oxide, calcination temperature, the nature of the SO2-4 radical and the structure of the precursor affect, to a different extent, the stabilization of the high temperature modifications (tetragonal and/or cubic phases) of the zirconia powders." @default.
