Temperature Green's functions in the mean-field approximation for CDW with ordinary impurities and the transfer Hamiltonian method are used to evaluate the tunneling current across the junction. Impurities treated in the self-consistent Born approximation are leading to breaking of electron-hole pairs analogous to Cooper-pair breaking in superconductors with magnetic impurities.The linear ac conductivity is obtained by the well known scaling relation between the linear ac response and the dc case: odc((e0/n)V=ω)=Reo(ω).
