- W2016802210 abstract "大脳半球損傷が情緒的な顔の表情の認知にどのような影響を与えるかを調べるために，(1) 健常群，左半球損傷群，右半球損傷群を対象に，情緒的な顔の表情の識別課題と無意味図形の識別課題，(2) 右半球損傷群を対象に，情緒的な顔の表情の理解課題とネーミング課題，(3) 病棟スタッフを対象に，右半球損傷者の日常のコミュニケーションにおける情緒的なメッセージの受容に関する聞き取り調査を実施した。これらの結果，(1) 表情の識別課題では右半球損傷群は左半球損傷群に有意に劣り，(2) 右半球損傷者の中には表情の識別・理解・ネーミングのいずれの課題にも困難を示す者がみとめられ，(3) 顔の表情の識別課題に困難をきたした右半球損傷者は，情緒的メッセージの受容が不良であることが示された。このような結果から，右半球損傷が情緒的な顔の表情の認知障害を引き起こし，特異なコミュニケーション障害をまねく可能性があると考えられた。" @default.
