- W2016804759 abstract "Abstract This paper examines a decentralized control technique which makes use of a gain domination method that implements both low and high gain to negate the effects of high order nonlinearities found in a series of interconnected systems that are coupled by both measurable and unmeasurable states. We develop a linear controller and observer design technique that applies this low gain-high gain feedback domination technique and by doing so we construct a method that allows for the global stabilization of a general class of nonlinear system.
