- W2017346068 abstract "Cyclotron-resonance measurements of the electron effective mass (polaron mass) in $nensuremath{-}mathrm{CdTe}$ have been performed in the far infrared at several different laser frequencies, ranging from 29.65 to 127.5 ${mathrm{cm}}^{ensuremath{-}1}$ in the region for which ${ensuremath{omega}}_{c}<{ensuremath{omega}}_{mathrm{LO}}$, but approaching very closely to the reststrahlen absorption (${ensuremath{omega}}_{mathrm{TO}}=145$ ${mathrm{cm}}^{ensuremath{-}1}$; ${ensuremath{omega}}_{mathrm{LO}}=171$ ${mathrm{cm}}^{ensuremath{-}1}$). Excellent agreement is found between the measured values of electron mass and those calculated from polaron cyclotron-resonance theory for a polaron coupling constant $ensuremath{alpha}=0.40ifmmodepmelsetextpmfi{}0.03$." @default.
