To derive the electromagnetic transitions in closed forms, the tensorial characters of the electromagnetic transition operators, which are taken in terms of SU(3) generators, are investigated in the pure SU(3) limit. The properties of $M1$ and $E2$ intrinsic matrix elements in the classical limit of the present model and the $E2/M1$ mixing ratios for transitions of the $K=1$ band to fully symmetric states are also studied." @default.
