We analyzed our results with linear and quadratic fits, emphasizing the importance of a graph plot routine. At 25°C in 0.15 M NaCl an R¯h (hydrodynamic radius of a sphere) of 22.4 A for 2% w/v sodium dodecyl sulphate agreed with published data, 10% w/v sodium deoxycholate gave a radius of 17 A and 2% w/v chlorpromazine hydrochloride yielded 16.8 A." @default.
