The dopants facilitated the formation of phase-pure Ba 2 Ti 9 O 20 . At 1150 °C, there was more Ba 2 Ti 9 O 20 phase for the doped sample. For the composition without dopants the Ba 2 Ti 9 O 20 phase decomposed easily into BaTi 4 O 9 phase at the high temperature, and more BaTi 4 O 9 phase was observed at 1350 °C than at 1250 °C. ZrO 2 and SnO 2 could promote and stabilize Ba 2 Ti 9 O 20 phase. BaTi 5 O 11 and BaTi 4 O 9 were intermediate phases before the formation of Ba 2 Ti 9 O 20 ." @default.
