Our method can facilitate experimental verifications of theories in the study of the Casimir force. A theoretical analysis is given to explain why our method is accurate at both large and small separation gaps. Numerical computations have been performed to confirm that our method is accurate in various experimental configurations. Our approach is widely applicable to various Casimir force interactions between metals and dielectrics. Our study can be extended to the study of the repulsive Casimir force as well." @default.
