- W2018892892 abstract "Qualitative and quantitative analysis of different milk samples from Saras dairy and four various areas of Jaipur city have been conducted to compare sanitary and hygienic conditions. Determination of casein protein, lactose sugar, acidity, adulteration, fat content and bacterial count have been carried out on the basis of isolation, titration and standard plate count studies. Samples were collected from Kanota, Jagatpura, Sanganeri gate and Sodala area. Above studies reveal that the maximum amount of casein protein, lactose sugar and total solid and minimum SNF were found in Jagatpura area, which indicates the milk of this area is quite safe for health. Maximum acidity and maximum number of bacterial colonies were found in Sanganeri gate area milk. It indicates that this milk is highly polluted, unhygienic and harmful when compared to other samples. Based on the observations it is advised that the milk should be consumed from the places where sanitary and hygienic conditions are maintained. The milk samples from Saras Dairy and Jagatpura area are quite safe in comparison to Sanganeri gate and Sodala area, which are much polluted." @default.
