- W2019411541 abstract "We derive and study a multiperipheral integral equation for the absorptive part of the elastic scattering amplitude at high energy and finite spacelike momentum transfer. The equation is constructed from the unitarity relation with the production amplitudes represented by a multi-Regge model with general Toller-angle dependence for the vertex functions. We show that there are moving branch cuts and factorizable poles in the J plane which dominate the high-energy asymptotic behavior of the amplitude. The possibility of asymptotically self-consistent solutions is discussed. We give explicit formulas for calculating the slope of a Regge trajectory at a given momentum transfer from the solution of the integral equation at that point. Approximations to phase space and their relation to the weak-coupling limit are analyzed." @default.
